Caldance & Calnastic Display Team– – This class focuses on the ballet & dance aspect of calisthenics, builds strength for gymnastic and acrobatic movements used in calisthenics routines. The children learn classical, jazz, folk and rhythmical dances as well as marching and gymnastic exercises. It is a less formal class and is often the first step in their calisthenics journey.
Tinies & Sub Juniors Competition Team – This team learn a variety of calisthenics routines in preparation for one local competition each year. The children benefit from strong ties to a team and camaraderie.
Junior Competition Team – Children in this class have often been together for several years and enjoy the close friendships. They thrive on the larger variety of routines & challenges offered. As a result usually excel in other areas of their lives. They compete at 1 or 2 competitions each year
Inters/Senior Competition Team
These dancers are advanced in acrobatics and dance. The routines are more innovative and the girls have the opportunity to compete at the top level of our sport. Members in our current team have enjoyed much success in our sport
Beyond classes – Some of our students have represented our State at
National Championships. There are also programs such as Calskills Exams & Future stars programs offered to the more dedicated students. We have students training as Class Assistants and Coaching Cadets. Calisthenics students often go onto professional dancing, teaching & coaching careers.
